Establish The National Service Branch
If you’re a citizen aged 18 or older, you could volunteer for non-combat work at home in a new military branch. You’d earn $30 an hour plus benefits for a 32-hour week. After two years, you’d receive a one-time, tax-free $100,000 payment to use however you choose. You could stay in the service afterward.
Americare Act (Universal Healthcare)
If you’re a citizen, Americare would provide your healthcare, including dental, vision, and end-of-life care. Your medical professionals would make your treatment decisions. We would train more caregivers and modernize hospitals to provide your care.
AI Jobs & Homes Protection Act
If your employer replaces you with artificial intelligence, it would owe you five years of full pay and owe the federal government $25,000 for each worker it replaces. New data centers would have to protect your community’s water, power supplies, and environment to receive approval.
Nuclear Energy Act
We would build nuclear power and supporting infrastructure over 20 years to meet your energy needs, replace fossil fuels, and support future growth. We would expand domestic fuel production for use here and trade with our allies. The energy you and the rest of the country need would determine how many plants we build.
Proud To Be An American Act
If you’re immigrating, you could live, work, learn English, and prepare for citizenship in six new border entry towns. You would have an orderly process that treats you with dignity. We would make American English the country’s official language.
War Continuation Act
As a voter, you would help decide whether a war continues through a nationwide vote within two weeks of its declaration. If you serve in the military, you would vote too.
Save The Future Act (K-12 & Pre-K)
Your public schools would receive full funding for teaching, meals, transportation, and higher teacher pay. You could use preschool childcare through National Service. If you attend a public state college in your own state, your tuition would be capped at $60,000 for four years.
Rental Rights Protection Act
If you rent a home, your monthly rent would be capped at 1.5% of its purchase price. We would limit how many single-family homes corporations can own. If you live in an apartment building, that ownership limit would not apply to your building; apartment buildings would be treated separately.
Credit Score Transparency Act
You would get an explanation of every factor in your credit score. When you report a correction, the credit agency would have to make it within 14 days.
The Clean Manufacturing Act
If you manufacture products in America, you could use grants and National Service support to upgrade your equipment and reduce pollution.
Free-Market Stock Reform Act
As a voter, you would help decide whether the federal government puts money into the stock market. Your members of Congress and their families would be banned from trading stocks.
United States AI Investment Act
We would fund research that uses artificial intelligence to improve your medical care, energy supply, and technology, including research in physics. We would fund that work for your benefit and the public’s.
National Farms & Wilderness Act
If you’re an American farmer, you could receive grants and National Service help. We would work with park rangers and your community to clean up public lands and cities.
Enough is Enough Act (Remove Billionaire Power)
You could have up to $1 billion in personal wealth available to spend; amounts above that would be taxed. Money you borrow and can spend would count toward that limit. You would keep your companies, shares, voting rights, and physical property. Owning a company alone would not trigger the limit.
No AI On The Trigger Act
You would not be policed by artificial intelligence. We would ban its use in domestic policing and offensive weapons on American soil. A human would have to approve any offensive attack by a physical or digital weapon. Automated systems could still intercept foreign attacks to defend you.
The American Faces Act
Your daily movements would be off-limits to government mass surveillance using artificial intelligence, facial recognition, or other identifying physical data. Companies would be banned from supplying or running those systems for your local government.
Your Vote Matters Act
You would rank candidates in your order of preference in federal, state, and local elections. You would have secure online voting and a vote on major policies. Your vote for president would count in a national popular vote, replacing the Electoral College.
One Person One Vote Act
You would vote in elections with strict campaign spending limits, no hidden political funding, and no super PACs—groups that raise unlimited money to influence elections. Your elected officials and their families would be banned from trading stocks and accepting gifts. If you serve as a representative, your pay would increase after your first term so more people can afford to serve.
Truth in Media Act
You would hear opposing views on important public issues under restored broadcasting rules. News networks would face financial penalties for knowingly giving you false information or deceptive propaganda.
Right to Repair Act
You should own what you buy and be able to repair it. This act would protect your ownership and repair rights instead of forcing you to lease what you need.
